Believe me friend we understand the questions, many people have never heard of this disease before and that is one of the biggest problems we have, because what Taryn has is know to be fatal, yet the average person does not make the relationship between mitochondrial disease, and death... now if we were to say, " Taryn has cancer... " then people would get it, they may not understand the biology of cancer, but they would get it... which is one of our main goals... that when mitochondrial disease is mentioned... people will get that it is a disease which is fatal for many and has no cure... yet!
